ClipSmith

Frame-accurate video clip cutter, reframer, and format converter for Mac and Windows, with subject-aware auto-reframe. Local-first, no accounts, no telemetry.

About the browser demo: The browser version downloads the ffmpeg video engine (about 31 MB) the first time you export; your browser keeps it after that. Files never leave your computer. In the browser, exports go up to 720p. Link import, auto-reframe, hardware encoding and any length or resolution are in the desktop app only.
